Check-in agents check the travel documents and ask whether the passengers luggage has any contraband items,such as lithium batteries 、inflammables and explosives,controlled knives and other dangerous goods?
7. 檢查值機(jī)人員是否對(duì)旅客托運(yùn)行李外包裝進(jìn)行檢查,查看有無(wú)危險(xiǎn)品標(biāo)記標(biāo)簽?
Check-in agents check the outer package of checked-in luggage especially for dangerous goods labels.
8. 檢查值機(jī)人員是否收運(yùn)航司禁止運(yùn)輸?shù)奈kU(xiǎn)品。
No prohibited dangerous goods are accepted.
9. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查機(jī)場(chǎng)柜臺(tái)是否在醒目處張貼危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸提示內(nèi)容?主動(dòng)對(duì)旅客進(jìn)行危險(xiǎn)品提示。
The dangerous goods poster is placed and check-in agents proactively remind the passengers.
10. 檢查航班截載后,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)詢問(wèn)值機(jī)人員,如此時(shí)再接旅客、或者加減旅客行李時(shí),是否清楚將信息通知配載單位。
After the flight is closed, if more passengers/luggages are added,shall notify the loadcontrol.
11. 值機(jī)員在接收外航中轉(zhuǎn)旅客時(shí)是否對(duì)旅客的旅行證件有效性復(fù)核,并對(duì)旅客IAPI信息通過(guò)GOV指令再次校驗(yàn)。
When checkin the transfer passengers, shall verify the travel document and IAPI via GOV code in departure system.

地服代理在登機(jī)過(guò)程中進(jìn)行旅客證件的二次查驗(yàn),確保登機(jī)旅客及其護(hù)照證件有效性。

Check the travel document and visa during boarding.
13. 登機(jī)結(jié)束后,登機(jī)口控制人員是否對(duì)登機(jī)牌數(shù)量、艙單顯示旅客人數(shù)及離港系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行校核確保數(shù)據(jù)一致。
Verify the number of boading passes loadsheet and departure system.
14. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)詢問(wèn)登機(jī)口人員,如登機(jī)口加減旅客、行李時(shí),是否清楚按流程通知到配載。
If more passengers/luggages are added at the boarding gate,shall notify load control.
15. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查登機(jī)口人員是否對(duì)臨時(shí)托運(yùn)行李(通過(guò)安檢機(jī))進(jìn)行二次安檢核查。
Luggage checked at the boarding gate shall go through secondary security check.

現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查登機(jī)口人員有無(wú)執(zhí)行“一看、二刷、三撕”,是否查驗(yàn)旅客登機(jī)牌航班號(hào)、目的地、日期與登機(jī)系統(tǒng)一致。 (例:現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察登機(jī)口人員是否查看每個(gè)旅客登機(jī)牌的動(dòng)作。)

Agents at the boarding gate check the flight number,destination and date are consistent on the boardingpass are consistent with the boarding system,the passenger is consistent with the picture at the securitycheck.
17. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查登機(jī)口人員有無(wú)進(jìn)行已登機(jī)人數(shù)復(fù)核,確保實(shí)際登機(jī)人數(shù)與艙單一致:(如:現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察登機(jī)口員工是否有復(fù)核機(jī)制廊橋航班是否撕下登機(jī)牌副聯(lián)在登機(jī)結(jié)束后清點(diǎn)副聯(lián)數(shù)量,采取雙復(fù)合方法與系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行核對(duì):遠(yuǎn)機(jī)位航班機(jī)下人員是否執(zhí)行與登機(jī)口人數(shù)清點(diǎn)的反向復(fù)核。
Agents at the boarding gate double-check the number of boarding passengers is consistent with the loadsheet.
18. 該航班是否有臨時(shí)拉減旅客?

19. 出港貨物到達(dá)站坪后,航站值班人員通過(guò)對(duì)集裝板貨物高度、探出情況進(jìn)行目測(cè)復(fù)核,未發(fā)現(xiàn)組板總高度超過(guò)160CM,窄邊探出集裝板,寬邊探出集裝板的情況。
Visually measure the cargo stackis less than 160cm no edges protrude.
20. 天津航空禁止運(yùn)輸危險(xiǎn)品。備注:倫敦(LHR):符合 PI966、967、969、970第Ⅱ部分鋰電池貨物的進(jìn)港。
Tianjin Airlines prohibits the transportation of dangerous goods.
Lithium Battery in accordance with Section lI of Pl966, 967, 969,970 inbound in London(LHR).
21. 一旦操作發(fā)生變化,如貨物/郵件/行李的裝載數(shù)量/重量/位置,應(yīng)立即向配載單位報(bào)告,以獲得新版本的裝機(jī)單,然后用新的裝機(jī)單重新檢查實(shí)際裝載情況。
Once there is a changing in operation, such as loading quantity/weight/position of cargo/mail/ baggage,The supervisor/team leader should report to weight and balance controller immediately to get a new version of LIR, and then recheck actual loading with new LIR.
22. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查監(jiān)裝監(jiān)卸人員是否核對(duì)貨郵掛簽、行李牌。
Check the cargo/baggage label is consistent with the LIR.
23. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查裝卸人員實(shí)際裝卸情況是否與裝卸機(jī)單一致。
Check the actual loading is consistent with the latest version LIR.
24. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)詢問(wèn)監(jiān)裝監(jiān)卸人員,如貨郵行發(fā)生拉調(diào)時(shí),是否清楚及時(shí)將信息通知到配載,獲得配載的同意,按配載重新制作的裝機(jī)單進(jìn)行裝機(jī)。
Shall notify loadcontrol when cargo is offloaded and load with latest version LIR.
25. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查監(jiān)裝監(jiān)卸人員裝載完畢后是否與相關(guān)崗位人員復(fù)核裝載信息。
Verify loading with concerned personnel or department.
26. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查是否有人全程負(fù)責(zé)航班監(jiān)裝監(jiān)卸作業(yè)。
Monitorloading/unloading on site during whole process.
27. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查監(jiān)裝卸人員是否持單作業(yè),確認(rèn)核驗(yàn)裝機(jī)單與艙單一致。
Hold the LIR when they working,and verify the loadsheet data match or not.
28. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查監(jiān)裝卸人員是否履行核對(duì)、清艙等職責(zé)。應(yīng)特別注意A320/A330的5號(hào)貨艙,防止小型貨物/郵件/行李卸載
The loading personnel/supervisor shall inspect the cargo hold before/after the loading and offloading of the cargo/mail/baggage, to avoid any missed unloading or foreign items leaving the cargo hold, and to ensure that there are no suspicious items in the cargo hold.(Pay attention to checking the corners of the cargo hold, the gaps between the curtains and the bulkheads, and other relatively concealed spaces).
Special attention should be paid to the NO.5 cargo hold of A320/A330 to prevent small cargo/mail/baggage from being unloaded.
29. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查裝卸人員是否按照裝前卸后”(前貨艙先裝后卸后貨艙先卸后裝)的原則執(zhí)行裝卸作業(yè),或者前后貨艙同步裝/卸機(jī)??团撗b機(jī)按照先裝前客艙區(qū)域再裝后客艙區(qū)域順序執(zhí)行,卸機(jī)按照先卸后客艙區(qū)域再卸前客艙區(qū)域順序執(zhí)行。
The principle of "loading the forward cargo hold first, then the aft cargo hold, and offloading the aft cargo hold first before offloading the forward cargo hold" shall be followed. In case of ground imbalance or even aircraft tilting.
30. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查裝卸人員在貨物/行李裝卸過(guò)程中,是否存在扔、摔、野蠻拖拽等行為?
No violent loading/unloading.
31. 未出現(xiàn)監(jiān)裝監(jiān)卸員未按卸機(jī)單指揮卸機(jī),或裝卸人員未按指令卸機(jī)。
Obtain the incoming LDM/CPM (OFFLOADING INSTRUCTIONS) and hand over to the offloading team to carry out the offloading process on aircraft arrival.
32. 未出現(xiàn)監(jiān)裝監(jiān)卸員未按裝機(jī)單指揮裝機(jī),或裝卸人員未按指令裝載。
Ensure Loading Instructions/Report are handed over to the loading supervisor/team leader. Supervise Loading according to LIR.
33. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查,飛機(jī)入位前廊橋是否處于廊橋回位點(diǎn),橋載設(shè)備是否處于復(fù)位狀態(tài)。
Airbridge is inreset status before aircraft arrives.
34. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查在航空器處于安全靠泊狀態(tài)后,廊橋操作員是否根據(jù)機(jī)務(wù)人員指示,操作廊橋?qū)雍娇掌鳌?br>Dock the aircraft as per instructions from aircraft maintenance.
35. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查,廊橋?qū)?、撤離航空器過(guò)程中,廊橋操作人員無(wú)其他影響操作的行為(如玩手機(jī)等行為)
No irrelevant activities during working.
36. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查,廊橋伸縮平臺(tái)與航空器之間是否保持安全距離
Maintain safe distance with aircraft.
37. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查,在廊橋撤離時(shí),廊橋操作員根據(jù)機(jī)務(wù)人員指示,未在橋載設(shè)備連接航空器情況下,執(zhí)行撤離廊橋操作。
During the evacuation of the bridge, the bridge operator followed the instructions of the maintenance personnel and performed the evacuation without connecting the bridge equipment(power cord and air conditioning pipe) to the aircraft.
38. 未出現(xiàn)廊橋?qū)雍娇掌骱鬅o(wú)人監(jiān)控。
The operator shall monitor onsite.
39. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查,在停機(jī)坪查看車輛行車路線,有無(wú)在機(jī)翼下穿行情況。(局方標(biāo)準(zhǔn):除需為航空器提供服務(wù)的車輛外,其它車輛不得從機(jī)翼或機(jī)身下穿行)
Do not cross the aircraft wings.
40. 寬體遠(yuǎn)程國(guó)際航線,因加油量大,飛機(jī)會(huì)出現(xiàn)下沉情況,此種情況可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致垃圾車、客梯車、航食車、平臺(tái)車與航空器別蹭,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)詢問(wèn)特種車輛司機(jī)是否了解飛機(jī)重心下沉的情況,檢查車輛對(duì)接航空器后的距離是否預(yù)留機(jī)身下沉余度。
The vehicle must be lower than aircraft because of sinking during fuelling and loading.
41. 航空器末處于安全停泊狀態(tài)時(shí),沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)車輛、廊橋、人員進(jìn)入機(jī)位紅色警戒區(qū)。
No people/vehicles enter the red area before the aircraft is securely parked.
42. 未出現(xiàn)車輛在無(wú)人指揮下靠接或撤離航空器。
Vehicle/equipment must approach or evacuate the aircraft under standardized signaling.
43. 未出現(xiàn)駕駛員在車輛駕駛過(guò)程或廊橋操作員操作廊橋過(guò)程中抽煙、玩手機(jī)或使用通訊設(shè)備通話。(如因特殊情況或工作需要需使用通訊設(shè)備通話時(shí),應(yīng)先將車輛??恐涟踩貛?。
NO other activities during the vehicle/airbridge operation.
44. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查,無(wú)動(dòng)力設(shè)備如工作梯、行李托盤/拖斗、手推式客梯在紅線區(qū)域內(nèi)使用,處于靜置狀態(tài)時(shí),是否擋好輪擋。
Place chocks on unpowered ladder/tray/stair.
45. 未出現(xiàn)未經(jīng)崗位資質(zhì)培訓(xùn)、崗位資質(zhì)培訓(xùn)不合格或未獲得授權(quán)而單獨(dú)從事工作。(例監(jiān)察發(fā)現(xiàn)未具備資質(zhì)人員操作非崗位工作務(wù))
No untrained/unqualified working force.
46. 未出現(xiàn)知曉相關(guān)規(guī)章制度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序,但執(zhí)行過(guò)程中,主觀故意不執(zhí)行或違反某項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序。未出現(xiàn)作業(yè)過(guò)程中不按照指令操作,憑個(gè)人經(jīng)驗(yàn)或主觀臆斷操作。如:不按照指揮人員照指令近靠或撤離
Do not intentionally violate the procedures.
47. 未出現(xiàn)雙人或多人作業(yè)過(guò)程中,不配合、不協(xié)同,私自操作的,在他人程序尚未完成的情況下,私自撤崗、離崗的。
During the process of working with two or more people, those who do not cooperate,  or operate without authorization, and those who withdraw or leave their posts without completing the program of others.
48. 確保車輛與散貨拖板車或集裝器拖板車連結(jié)牢固。重點(diǎn)檢查連接裝置的鎖定機(jī)構(gòu)。
Ensure that the vehicle is securely fastened to the dolly and cart. Focus on checking the locking mechanism of the connecting device.
49. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查車輛近靠、對(duì)接航空器時(shí),車速是否緩慢。
Is the vehicle speed slow when approaching or docking with aircraft.
50. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查車輛近靠航空器時(shí),有無(wú)執(zhí)行點(diǎn)試剎停。
When the vehicle approaches the aircraft, there is test braking.
51. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查車輛對(duì)接時(shí)是否有人指揮,指揮手勢(shì)是否規(guī)范,車輛是否根據(jù)指揮人員指揮操作執(zhí)行。(注:機(jī)場(chǎng)另有規(guī)定的以當(dāng)?shù)貦C(jī)場(chǎng)管理機(jī)構(gòu)要求為準(zhǔn)。)
Check whether there is someone directing the vehicle docking, whether the command gestures are standardized, and whether the vehicle is executed according to the command of the commanding personnel. (Note: If there are other regulations at the airport, the requirements of the local airport management agency shall prevail.)
52. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查車輛對(duì)接航空器后,車輛各部位是否均與航空器保持安全距離(注:不得接觸航空器且不會(huì)導(dǎo)致人員、物品掉落。)

53. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查車輛/設(shè)備有無(wú)放置輪檔,對(duì)接航空器后放支撐腳(注:保障車輛對(duì)接航空器后應(yīng)當(dāng)處在制動(dòng)狀態(tài),并設(shè)置輪檔。)
Check if the vehicle/equipment has wheel chocks placed, and place hydraulic support feet after docking with the aircraft (note: ensure that the vehicle is in a braking state after docking with the aircraft, and set wheel chocks)
54. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查在停機(jī)位作業(yè)的車輛,是否有人員隨車等候。(注:保障作業(yè)車輛在等待時(shí),駕駛員應(yīng)當(dāng)隨車等候;所有設(shè)備必須有人看守)
During the flight support process, when the operating vehicle is waiting, the driver should wait with the vehicle; All equipment must be guarded by someone.
55. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查車輛撤離航空器前,是否有人執(zhí)行繞車檢查,確認(rèn)車輛及周邊環(huán)境安全。例如確認(rèn)車輛管線已經(jīng)與航空器脫離,確認(rèn)人員已從車輛操作平臺(tái)上撤離。
Before evacuating the aircraft, is there anyone performing a walk around inspection to confirm the safety of the vehicle and surrounding environment.For example, confirming that the pipeline has detached from the aircraft;Confirm that the operator has evacuated from the vehicle platform.and so on.
56. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查車輛撤離航空器時(shí)是否有人指揮,指揮手勢(shì)是否規(guī)范,車輛是否根據(jù)指揮人員指揮操作執(zhí)行。
Check whether there is someone directing the evacuation of the vehicle, whether the command gestures are standardized, and whether the vehicle follows the instructions of the commanding personnel.
57. 車輛撤離航空器時(shí),車速是否緩慢,是否按規(guī)定路線撤離。
Check if the vehicle is evacuating the aircraft at a slow speed and follow the prescribed route for evacuation.
58. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查機(jī)坪內(nèi)的車輛、托盤、工作梯等特種設(shè)備,是否停泊或放置于指定的白色設(shè)備停放區(qū)和車輛停放區(qū)內(nèi)。
Vehicles/trays/ladders are placed in desinated safe area or within designated equipment and vehicle parking areas.
59. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查作業(yè)人員離開(kāi)后車輛、設(shè)備應(yīng)是否保持制動(dòng)狀態(tài),使用輪擋、剎車等方式進(jìn)行固定。
Whether the vehicle and equipment should remain in a braking state after the operator leaves, and whether they should be fixed using methods such as wheel chocks and brakes.
60. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查保障工作結(jié)束后是否及時(shí)將所用設(shè)備放回原區(qū)域,并擺放整齊,并將啟動(dòng)鑰匙與車輛、設(shè)備分離存放。
Equipemnt shall be returned to designated area, keys shall be placed separately with vehicles/equipment.
61. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查清水車、污水車與航空器距離是否安全距離。清水車工作位置:E190、A320、330在航空器的左側(cè)后艙門下部;污水車工作位置:E190、A320、330機(jī)型在航空器右后部。
Shall keep safe distance with aircraft Portable Water Vehicle:E190、A320、A330:below the rear left door. Lavatory Vehicle:E190、A320、A330:rear right part of the aircraft.
62. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查清水車、污水車作業(yè)結(jié)束撤離前,駕駛員是否復(fù)核檢查,確認(rèn)車輛周圍安全后撤離。
Before the completion and evacuation of Portable Water/Lavatory Vehicle,Did the driver check and confirm the safety of the surrounding area before evacuating.
63. 近靠前,是否有人進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指揮;車輛是否對(duì)準(zhǔn)貨艙中線水平對(duì)接?
Is there anyone conducting on-site command during docking? Is The highloader aligned with the centerline of the cargo hold and horizontally docked?
64. 近靠前,貨艙門開(kāi)關(guān)面板處在關(guān)閉狀態(tài);

67. 不允許使用平臺(tái)車進(jìn)行貨艙門開(kāi)關(guān)操作
It is forbidden to open/close cargo compartment doors with a cargo loader. To prevent cargo loader from colliding with fuselage,after the cargo door is open, the control panel door must be closed.
68. 平臺(tái)車的前端應(yīng)與貨艙的下邊緣平行。如果平臺(tái)車操作員試圖重新定位升降機(jī)的平臺(tái)。首先,操作員必須關(guān)閉貨艙裝載控制面板門。第二,操作員必須將駕駛側(cè)護(hù)欄、扶手等收起或降到最低位置。然后操作員才可以進(jìn)行平臺(tái)升降定位。
The front end of the cargo loader should be parallel to the lower edge of the cargo compartment. If The cargo loader operator attempted to re-position the top bed of the lifter. The first,the operator must close the control panel door. The second,The operator must retract or lower the driver's side guardrails, handrails, etc. to the lowest position. Then the operator can positioning the lifter.

81. 貨艙門貨艙門開(kāi)關(guān)環(huán)境條件(特殊情況監(jiān)察):風(fēng)速超過(guò)貨艙門開(kāi)啟限制時(shí)禁止開(kāi)啟貨艙門,根據(jù)飛機(jī)維修手冊(cè)(AMM),機(jī)型風(fēng)速達(dá)到 40節(jié)(8 級(jí)風(fēng))及以上時(shí)禁止操作。
If the wind speed is over 40 knots(Grade 8), It's prohibited to operate the cargo hold door.
82. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)察,貨艙門開(kāi)、關(guān)操作人員,是否聽(tīng)從專人指令,執(zhí)行開(kāi)、關(guān)貨艙門操作。
Shall adhere to the commander's instruction to operate cargo hold door.
83. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)察,不存在無(wú)關(guān)人員執(zhí)行操作開(kāi)、關(guān)貨艙門操作。
Only authorized staff can operate cargo hold door.

貨艙門開(kāi)關(guān)操作面板必須隨用隨關(guān)閉。
To prevent GSE and vehicles from scratching the cargo door service panel, ground personnel should immediately close the cargo door service panel after completing the cargo hold door opening and closing operation.
85. 不允許使用平臺(tái)車進(jìn)行貨艙門開(kāi)關(guān)操作
It is forbidden to open/close cargo compartment doors with a cargo loader. To prevent cargo loader from colliding with fuselage,after the cargo door is open, the control panel door must be closed.

寬體機(jī)必須使用工作梯進(jìn)行貨艙門開(kāi)關(guān)操作
The cargo compartment door of the wide-body aircraft must be opened and closed using a manual step/stairs.
