We are River Valley CrossFit!! What is CrossFit? Simply put, it is a core strength and conditioning program with a focus on functional training and fitness. CrossFit embodies various aspects of fitness- cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, power, agility, flexibility, speed, coordination, balance and accuracy. Here at RVC, you will not find the typical gym setting, with treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, and various strength training machines. Why? Because, in here, we do not leave you to wander the gym on your own, left unsure of how to use things, what you should do, for how long, and so on. The programming is provided by a level 1 CrossFit Trainers with over 10 years of Personal Training experience, along with in depth instruction on execution, education in various aspects of health and fitness, nutritional guidance and a community of amazing, encouraging and inspiring people who will push you to be the very best version of YOU!
